Ceylon Cinnamon Roll Sticks are made from the ground inner bark of an evergreen tree native to Ceylon (Sri Lanka), hence the name Ceylon Cinnamon. Known as true cinnamon or Cinnamon Verum Bark, the quills have a refined sweet, almost floral aroma. They feature warm floral notes with hints of heat, and their thin, soft layers are hand-rolled like a cigar, easily crushed by hand.
