The inner bark of True Cinnamon Tree is commonly used for culinary and medicinal purposes. Note that our product is pure True Cinnamon not the commonly available Cassia. In addition to its culinary uses, in native Ayurvedic medicine Cinnamon is considered a remedy for respiratory, digestive and gynaecological ailments. Almost every part of the cinnamon tree including the bark, leaves, flowers, fruits and roots, has some medicinal or culinary use.

Black cardamom pods are an Indian spice mainly used in cooking many savory dishes. Although it is known as black, the color is a deep shade of brown than black. Its scientific name is Amomum subulatum. It is better for hearty meat stews and similar dishes.
Ceylon Cinnamon Roll Sticks are made from the ground inner bark of an evergreen tree native to Ceylon (Sri Lanka), hence the name Ceylon Cinnamon. Known as true cinnamon or Cinnamon Verum Bark, the quills have a refined sweet, almost floral aroma. They feature warm floral notes with hints of heat, and their thin, soft layers are hand-rolled like a cigar, easily crushed by hand.
